About O’Dea Studios
Marianna O’Dea, NCIDQ, ASID
I grew up in Georgia and graduated from Auburn University. I earned my BS in Interior Design in 2004 and worked for a high end designer in North Alabama where I also earned my National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
In 2009 my family found our way to Arkansas. I took some time to raise our two girls and eventually went back to work in the design world before starting O'Dea Studios in 2017.
When not working with my amazing clients, you can find me on the river with my family fly fishing and paddle boarding.
Meet the O’Dea Design Team
Maggie Westlin, ASID
Junior Interior DesigneR
Maggie grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas before moving to Conway to attend the University of Central Arkansas. She graduated summa cum laude in 2025 with a BA in Interior Design and an honors minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. While at UCA, Maggie also earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Historic Preservation and passed the IDFX, the first section of the NCIDQ Examination.
During Maggie’s final semester at UCA, Marianna brought her on as an intern — and she’s been here ever since. They like to joke that Marianna “foster failed” her.
When she’s not designing, you can find Maggie spending time with friends and family (and her cat, Michael).
Mary Josephson
Office Manager
A Little Rock native, Mary joined the O’Dea team in 2021, bringing the structured organization and instructional care of her educational background into the world of interior design. As office manager, she leverages her expertise in classroom management to keep the studio running smoothly, ensuring both the team and clients feel seamlessly supported.
Outside the studio, you’ll often find Mary in the kitchen, tapping into her creative side, or outdoors enjoying nature with her husband and children.
